The patient was asymptomatic but had a history of IgG4-related disease. Laboratory tests showed a normal serum IgG4 concentration. CT angiogram of the coronary vessels revealed aneurysmal dilatation of the right coronary artery with marked, periarterial soft-tissue thickening. What is the diagnosis?
